Eye sore of an app

Came across Internethotels booking app today and can't quite believe this was signed off in a design perspective! The colours drown your sorrows upon arrival and you can't even make out the icons on the bottom plane! In comparison to say hotels.com where the bright navigation makes the experience much more pleasurable
